Dr. TJ Zito, Jr
Dr. TJ Zito, Jr. knows business from the inside out — from the boardroom to the factory floor. With a PhD in Communication, an MBA, a master’s in communication, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership, he blends academic insight with years of real-world experience. Before becoming a professor for top universities across the country, Dr. TJ built his career as a Fortune 500 sales consultant, working with technology-based solutions in industries like automotive, steel, aerospace, pulp and paper, tech, and oil. He has also worked as an independent contract agent in medical supplies and small business services. As a small business owner himself, he’s helped countless entrepreneurs navigate growth, communication challenges, and digital strategy — especially in today’s online-first economy. His media background in television, social media, and live events brings a creative edge to his business consulting, helping brands tell their story with clarity, confidence, and charisma. Over the years, Dr. TJ has also produced digital content for non-profits, emceed major sports and entertainment events, and even appeared in sports films — all while teaching thousands of adult learners how to lead, communicate, and build their own success stories. Whether he’s behind a camera, in a classroom, or consulting one-on-one, Dr. TJ’s mission is the same: to help people turn ideas into action and small businesses into something big.
Dr. Wendy Zito
Dr. Wendy Zito brings creativity, leadership, and heart to everything she does. With a PhD in Communication, a Master’s in Human Sciences, a Master’s in Communication, and a Bachelor’s in Human Development — plus an upcoming Master’s in Film and Scriptwriting — she bridges the worlds of business, media, and storytelling with ease. As a Woman-Owned Business Entrepreneur and Nonprofit Founder, Dr. Wendy has spent years helping others find their voice, grow their vision, and make an impact. Before teaching, she built a career as an independent agent specializing in marketing, product merchandising, property preservation, and inspection services, giving her a deep understanding of how small businesses operate and thrive. Since 2018, Dr. Wendy has been teaching business and communication courses for top universities across the country, working with adult learners from every background — from small business owners and retail managers to 911 dispatchers, first responders, and service professionals. She also brings her creative side to the classroom, drawing from her work producing social media campaigns, hosting live charity events, and appearing on news broadcasts to show students how powerful communication can truly be. Whether in front of a camera or leading a live class, Dr. Wendy knows how to make people feel seen, inspired, and capable of more than they thought possible.

Their performing arts background allows them to look at business issues through creative lenses. They have been featured nationally on reality TV, independent film, and locally with over 50 media appearances. Working with corporate clients such as Macy's, Mac Cosmetics, and Rave Theaters provided experience directing local promotional efforts for nationally branded products.
